Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of beatvig.com and related services ("BeatVig," "we," "us"). By accessing or using BeatVig you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use BeatVig.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use BeatVig. By using BeatVig you represent that you are 21 or older and that your use complies with all laws applicable to you.

3. What BeatVig Is — and Is Not

BeatVig is an informational price-comparison service. We display odds, lines, and prices published by third-party sportsbooks, betting exchanges, and prediction markets, together with our own comparisons and calculations.

BeatVig is not a sportsbook, casino, betting exchange, or prediction market. We accept no wagers, hold no customer funds, and process no bets. Any wager you place is placed with a third party, under that third party's terms, at your sole discretion and risk.

4. No Guarantee; Not Advice

Prices move constantly and third-party data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of any price, line, statistic, or calculation shown on BeatVig. Nothing on BeatVig is betting, financial, or investment advice, and no content on BeatVig guarantees any outcome. Always verify a price with the venue before acting on it.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in abuse, scraping, resale of data, or unlawful activity.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features are offered on subscription terms (monthly or annual) at the prices shown at checkout, plus any optional add-ons you select. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not: scrape, harvest, or bulk-export BeatVig data; resell, redistribute, or publicly republish our data or calculations; circumvent access controls or paywalls; interfere with the service's operation; or use BeatVig where doing so is unlawful. Personal, non-commercial use only unless we agree otherwise in writing.

8. Intellectual Property; Third-Party Marks

BeatVig's software, design, text, and compilations are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Sportsbook, exchange, and prediction-market names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners, used solely to identify the source of a displayed price. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of BeatVig.

9. Third-Party Links

BeatVig links to third-party venues. We are not responsible for their content, terms, availability, or conduct. Some links may be referral links for which we receive compensation; this never affects the prices or comparisons we display.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

BEATVIG IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST WAGERS, OR TRADING/BETTING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF BEATVIG. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

12. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of BeatVig, your wagers with third parties, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Responsible Gambling

Gambling involves risk. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER. See our Responsible Gambling page for resources.

14. Termination; Changes

We may modify or discontinue BeatVig, or these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Sections 8–12 survive termination.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
